Many thanks for the photos. Joan and I have been very impressed by the Sense 50 and have been following the web info on it when available. This boat was obviously designed for people our age etc.
Joan has had her knee surgery and is in intensive rehab. for same. Jury still out for timetable on full recovery but it is going to be a while for sure.
We saw the Sense 50 on Sunday at the Annapolis show in October 2010. It’s the only boat that made a lasting impression due to the overall features built into the design. The deck area between the cabin and the steering at the cockpit is reason enough to gawk. That one feature, its size, in a 50 foot boat has no competitive peers in that length. The Dock and Go system lifted from a cruise ship come with the ease of use for a teenager. The three steps to down below makes sure that no one ever gets hammered twice.
